How we cook Corned Beef Brisket

-Preheat oven to 275 degrees

-Take out of package and wrap in plastic wrap. Keep as
much of the juices & spices from the package in your
wrap. Minimum 3 wraps good and tight.

-Wrap in tinfoil. Don’t flip, the juice may leak out.

- Place on pan. Place in oven.

-Put in oven for 2 to 2.5 hours. (depends on oven)

-That’s it. Perfectly cooked perfectly tender. Should be
able to slice nice ¼ inch slices.
