- season all cubes w MM smoke seasoning
- Place on cooling rack for cooking
- smoke at 250 degrees for 2 hours
- place in aluminum pan
- add 1/2 cup brown sugar, drizzle of honey, cut up 1 stick butter.
- Cover pan return to smoker
- 5-2 hours
Pork Belly glaze
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Apple juice
- 1/4 cup Apple jelly
- 1 tbspn Franks Hot Sauce
- combine and simmer
- Drizzle on put back in smoker for 10 mins.
