Pork Bellie Burnt ends

  • season all cubes w MM smoke seasoning
  • Place on cooling rack for cooking
  • smoke at 250 degrees for 2 hours
  • place in aluminum pan
  • add 1/2 cup brown sugar, drizzle of honey, cut up 1 stick butter.
  • Cover pan return to smoker
  • 5-2 hours

Pork Belly glaze

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup Apple juice
  • 1/4 cup Apple jelly
  • 1 tbspn Franks Hot Sauce
  • combine and simmer
  • Drizzle on put back in smoker for 10 mins.
