Currently have different products going all the time. Orders have to be made in advance as it's very limited. Price is yet to be determined as it has to be tested, but in comparison to other companies dry age cost we are extremely less! Aged meat is a different ballgame with a flavor that is remarkable. Product will be dry aged to exactly 30 days.
